Puerto Lopez Ecuador - Reminds Us of the Wild Wild West

There is a little bit of the Wild Wild West in Puerto Lopez. Some of the buildings resemble the square construction back then, and the motor trikes remind us of little carriages. And the dusty/muddy streets are a dead give away for the old western movies.

We have more video of the Mercado, the new pier, the main tourist drag shopping, and the Northern most beach of Puerto Lopez Ecuador.

  1. Nothing like the piercing sound of an army of 2-stroke engines (yes, some could probably use muffler replacements... chuckle). As rustic as it looks there, we both know it's about the people and how friendly and welcoming they are. I'll take rustic setting with good people over luxury and cold-hearted mean people any day. Enjoy your videos.. keep 'em coming.

  2. It reminds me of many of the smaller towns I have gone through in Guangdong, China.
