Easy to Make Sauerkraut in 3-Days! Have Healthier Gut Flora Eating Fermented Cabbage!

This video will show you how to make a really tasty sauerkraut in just 3 days! We've been fermenting cabbage for over two decades after we found out that fermented foods are needed for healthy digestive flora.   1. Does cooking the sauerkraut, ex: slow cooker and pork chops, kill the good health properties?

    1. Hi Carol, yes it will kill all the enzymes that are in the sauerkraut. How I would do it is after the chops are done, turn off the crock pot and then add sauerkraut just to warm it up and then serve it that way.
