Easy to Make Sauerkraut in 3-Days! Have Healthier Gut Flora Eating Fermented Cabbage!

This video will show you how to make a really tasty sauerkraut in just 3 days! We've been fermenting cabbage for over two decades after we found out that fermented foods are needed for healthy digestive flora. Sauerkraut has numerous health benefits, besides it tastes good.

  1. Does cooking the sauerkraut, ex: slow cooker and pork chops, kill the good health properties?

    1. Hi Carol, yes it will kill all the enzymes that are in the sauerkraut. How I would do it is after the chops are done, turn off the crock pot and then add sauerkraut just to warm it up and then serve it that way.
