Easy & Healthy Chickpea Vegetarian Recipe from Our Cuenca Cocina

This is a really simple (20 minute) one pot recipe that is also healthy and tasty. The recipes main base is garbanzo beans, or some people call them chickpeas. Served with a raw salad and loaf of whole wheat bread it becomes a substantial meal. Enjoy!
