Beach Trip? Nope! Earthquake 7.8 Rocks Ecuador Coast! April 17, 2016

It's a devastating earthquake. People are still trapped under the rubble. The death toll keeps rising. Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone.

  1. Glad to hear you guys and Cuenca escaped the worse part of the earthquake. A 7.8 earthquake can and did a lot of damage in other parts so count your blessings and prayers out to any that really got hit hard. About your new glasses Frank, they are unique! Peace all.

  3. Glad to see your alright Frank and Family. My wife's family, which happens to live in Guayaquil, said they had bridges collapse. In addition, our niece almost had a ceiling fall on her while getting popcorn at the movie theater, thank God she was OK.One of the biggest issues is getting clean water to the areas affected by the earth quake. Blessing from Massachusetts.
