We observed the people of Pedernales as being humble and peaceful people. An earthquake cannot destroy or take away the Spirits of the Ecuadorian people because that is something special and unique that belongs to each individual. As we are viewing in many of the videos online about the earthquake aftermath, Ecuadorians will remain strong in Spirit, banning together and rebuilding their towns and villages to what they once were.
