Talking with an Ecuadorian Real-estate Agent about Expat Relocation to Cuenca

In this video we’re talking with Ecuadorian real estate broker, Macrina Serrano about some of the churches and other activities available for expats to Cuenca. We invited Macrina and her two children over for dinner and she has given us some wonderful insights into many essential areas of living that you will want to know about relocating to Cuenca that we will be sharing on the blog.

This is the first of five interviews…see all the interviews with Macrina below the video.  We discuss many things about expat relocation to Cuenca, such as cost of living, going local, rental prices and more!

Macrina Serrano is originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador. She lived and worked in New York City for about eight years and this is where she learned to speak English and became a star real estate broker. She moved back to Ecuador because she felt it would be a better place to raise her two children. She has lived in Cuenca since 2004.
