The best fruits for juicing are those with less pulp and more water content. They are apples, oranges, pears, grapefruits, oranges, berries, grapes, melons, peaches, and plums. The best veggies for juicing are cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, beets, leafy greens, celery, cabbage, and if you’re the adventurous type, garlic. Mix and match your fruits and vegetables for variety, flavor and nutritional balance. If you’re going to be doing a heavy workout that uses up more energy, eat a couple of bananas too.

It's recommended to juice on a consistent basis. Only juicing once in awhile will not provide the health benefits as if you juiced at least four to seven times a week. Juice to your health!
