This video is of two popular neighborhoods located inside Panama City. Both areas extend up to the famous Balboa Avenue where you can take a walk along the waterfront. In the interior of both neighborhoods you will find high rise apartments on the bay front, restaurants, shopping, and virtually everything you'll need. Caledonia is mostly an okay neighborhood unless you go too far south and than it can get a bit dicey. Best to stay in the central areas of Caledonia and you'll be fine. We don't advise walking at night in Caledonia, however...this said from a taxi driver.

Panama is a great place to visit. I hope you did the Canal transit, It's not to be missed. I went to David & Boquete with an eye to expatriate with mi esposa, but not good for her. Enjoyed your taxi ride.
