We tried out a new seafood restaurant in Cuenca Ecuador the other day. And they told us they were so busy on the day before that all they had left to serve people was encebollado soup and so that's what we had. It was pretty good but you have to really like fish to truly appreciate this soup. Picante de Leo seafood restaurant has three locations in Cuenca.
