Moving to Portugal to Avoid Burnout? Good Idea or What? during Our Retire Early Lifestyle. Ok, it's the millennials turn to try their live abroad skills in Portugal. Apparently, they're moving there in droves just like the retirees were. Except the young people are moving there to, get this, AVOID BURNOUT! Yes, I know that is the silliest thing we ever heard. You certainly don't need to move clear across the oceans to avoid the rat race and burnout. If you live in a high rise or other apartment type with no green space or yard, you just have to make do with what you got. Survival foods come to mind when we think food shortages and high prices. In this video we take a closer look at some foods that are easy to prepare, inexpensive to buy and nutritious to boot. They also have a very long shelf life.
